'Torch' Armored Command Burst

Grants a bonus to the fleet's armor resistance. Reduces the capacitor needs of the fleet's armor repairers and remote armor repairers. Increases ships' armor hitpoints. Warfare Links are dedicated fleet command systems designed for use on battlecruisers and advanced command-class ships. While only one of these units can normally be operated at any given time, certain advanced units allow the use of multiple systems. Notes: The Fleet Bonus is only available if you are designated as the Fleet Booster. This module cannot be activated inside a starbase force field.
